Return to Rwanda is a compelling feature documentary that combines an intimate portrayal of a family’s relentless fight for their loved one’s freedom, with political intrigue, global politics and a sprinkling of Hollywood celebrity.
It is a story too about stories, about how they are told, how they sometimes get distorted and about how that distortion impacts on history and memory.
